Bake Time: 12-14 Minutes
Overall Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients You Need:
- 125g Of Unsalted Butter
- 100g Of Light Brown Sugar
- 75g Of White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 2tsp Of Vanilla Bean Paste / Extract
- 250g Of Plain Flour
- 75g Of Oreos, Finely Crushed
- 1.5tsp Of Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp Of Bicarbonate Of Soda
- 300g Of White Chocolate Chips
- 125g Of Oreo’s, Chopped
- Cookies & Milk Chocolate Sticks, Chopped
How To Make The Cookies:
- Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
- Secondly, using a mixer, beat together the 125g of unsalted butter with the 100g of light brown sugar and 75g of white granulated sugar until creamy.
- Next, beat in the 1 large egg and 2tsp of vanilla extract until combined.
- Now, add in the 250g of plain flour, 75g of finely crushed Oreo’s, 1.5tsp of baking powder and 1/2tsp of bicarbonate of soda and beat until a cookie dough forms.
- Add in the 300g of white chocolate chips, 100g of chopped Oreo’s and chopped cookies & milk chocolate sticks and mix until distributed well throughout the dough.
- Weigh the cookie dough out into 10 cookies, roughly around 130g per cookie.
- Once rolled, place the cookie dough balls into the fridge and chill for 1 hour (alternatively you could place into the freezer for 30 minutes).
- Whilst the cookie dough is chilling, preheat the oven to 200C / 180C Fan / Gas Mark 5.
- After 1 hour, remove the cookie dough balls from the fridge and roll each cookie in the remaining 25g of chopped Oreo’s.
- Place 5 of the cookies onto each baking tray and place into the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Finally, once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking trays for 10 minutes then transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely.
That’s your Cookies & Creme Cookies prepared, chilled, baked and cooled, ready for you to enjoy!
Notes:
- Store the cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.
