Hello lovelies,
A few recipes back, I shared with you my ‘Sweet & Salty Pretzel Fudge’ which was inspired by M&S and their ‘mini bites’ range.
Well, in that post, I mentioned that whilst having a look through their sweet treats, I felt inspired to step out of my comfort zone and rather than buy, I would try and recreate some of their ‘mini bites’ range at home.
I think you can guess where I’m going with this but today’s recipe is also inspired by M&S and their ‘mini bites’ range.
M&S’s ‘Sweet & Salty Popcorn Clusters’ caught my attention immediately. As I’ve said, ‘sweet & salty’ has become a recent found love of mine and when I saw what ingredients their clusters contained, I knew I had to recreate.
Whilst mine are inspired by M&S’s version, I have made a few changes to add my own flare but regardless, I’m completely and utterly obsessed with the outcome!
Toffee popcorn, salted pretzels, rice krispies and chocolate coated honeycomb all incased in a marshmallow mixture – you can’t sit there and tell me that doesn’t sound scrumptious?
So, if these clusters have got your stomach rumbling, you know the drill by now. Keep on scrolling below and you’ll find today’s recipe.

Obsessed.
Theres something about the sweetness paired with the salty bursts of flavour and the crunchy elements that just sings to my soul.
A ridiculously easy recipe to follow, takes little to no time to make and the end result is absolutely blooming delicious – take my word for it when I say you need to recreate asap!
I’m loving recreating some M&S specials, should I do more?
Let me know in the comments below if you make these clusters yourself and if you do, what your thoughts are on them. Are you a fan of the ‘sweet & salty’ combo? Did you enjoy the pairing of ingredients in these clusters?
Sending you all tons of love & hugs as always,
Elle xo
