Hello lovelies,
If there’s one chocolate that’s left at the bottom of the christmas chocolate box in your household, what is it? I know that in mine and at least 60% of the worlds, it’s the poor old bounty.
I actually feel sorry for the bounty at this point, it always seems to come bottom of the list for everyone’s favourites and 9 times out of 10, it sadly gets thrown away.
Well, I think that needs to change. So, with that being said, I wanted to create a sweet treat which heroes bounty and all its goodness.
That sweet treat is… drum roll please… a batch of bounty fudge. Yup, you heard right, today I’m sharing with you the ultimate fudge recipe in which bounty takes centre stage and creates utter deliciousness.
I’ll be honest, I am someone who doesn’t usually get behind a bounty, it’s okay but nothing superior. Well that was my feelings towards it until now. Now that i’ve tested it in fudge, I’ve fallen in love with the coconutty flavours and won’t be wasting a bounty ever again. I can guarantee you’ll feel the same too.
So, if you’d like to know how to use up your leftover bounty’s, you know the drill. Keep on scrolling below and you’ll find today’s recipe.

How To Make The Bounty Fudge:
- Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients and line a 9” loose bottomed, square baking tin with parchment paper.
- Secondly, in a large saucepan, add 397g of condensed milk and 450g of milk chocolate and on a really low heat, melt whilst stirring well until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Once smooth, pour in most of the chopped bounty bars and 40g of desiccated coconut and stir through.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and smooth over.
- Sprinkle over the remaining 10g of desiccated coconut and chopped bounty bars. Press down lightly so it sticks to the fudge.
- Store the fudge in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight to set.
- Finally, once set, remove from the baking tin and cut into squares, then serve.
Notes:
- This fudge is best stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
- This fudge can be wrapped in clingfilm and froze for up to 3 months.
- If you’d prefer, you can use 400g of dark chocolate or 500g of white chocolate rather than 400g of milk chocolate.
- Setting times will vary if you half or double this recipe.
