Hello lovelies,
I have been absolutely loving the no-bake recipes that have taken over the baking world right now.
I’ve mentioned before that not everyone likes to spend hours upon hours in the kitchen and I love that these no-bake recipes take little to no time to make, are super simple to achieve yet still taste absolutely delicious.
I’ve got a few different no-bake recipes on my list to get through but I had to start with this ‘no-bake jammie dodger bars’ I made recently which just hit the spot in all the best ways!
After seeing the incredibly talented Chloe (also known as ‘eatcookbake’ online) share her version of this ‘Jammie Dodger Traybake’ on her page, I immediately knew I wanted to recreate as it looked so damn yummy.
Whilst having a browse online at Asda recently, I came across the ‘really fruity, strawberry flavoured’ jammie dodgers which I knew would work perfectly in this recipe to create a flavour bomb on those taste buds.
These no-bake jammie dodger bars were a huge hit with my loved ones, therefore, i had to share them with you today as I can guarantee they will be a hit with yours also!
So, if you’d like to create a super yummy no-bake bar, you know the drill by now. Keep on scrolling below and you’ll find today’s recipe.

Category: Sweet Treat
Servings: 16 Bars
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Chill Time: Minimum Of 4 Hours
Overall Time: 4+ Hours
Ingredients You Need For The Biscuit Base:
- 450g Of Strawberry Flavoured Jammie Dodgers
- 150g Of Unsalted Butter, Melted
- 120ml Of Condensed Milk
Ingredients You Need For The Topping:
- 300g Of White Chocolate, Melted
- 25g Of Unsalted Butter
- 50g Of Strawberry Jam
- 16 Mini Jammie Dodgers
How To Make The Base:
- Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients and line a 9” loose-bottomed square baking tin with parchment paper.
- Secondly, in a food processor (or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin), crush the 450g of jammie dodgers biscuits into crumbs.
- Transfer the jammie dodger biscuit crumbs into a mixing bowl. Add 150g of melted unsalted butter and 120ml of condensed milk and mix until combined.
- Now, press the biscuit mixture into the prepared baking tin and set to one side.
How To Make The Topping:
- In a small microwavable bowl, add the 300g of white chocolate and 25g of unsalted butter. Place into the microwave and in 20 second blasts, blast until completely melted together (stir to combined the chocolate and butter).
- Pour the chocolate butter mixture on top of the biscuit mixture base, using a spoon to spread it out evenly. Give the tin a gentle shake to disburse any air bubbles.
- Add the 50g of strawberry jam into a piping bag, cut the very tip of the piping bag off and pipe the jam into lines on the white chocolate topping.
- Using a skewer or knife, feather the jam on the topping (TIP: drag the skewer or knife in the alternative direction to which the jam lines are piped).
- Place 16 mini jammie dodgers on top of the chocolate and jam topping.
- Place into the fridge and allow to chill for at least 4 hours, until the chocolate is solid.
- Once chilled, take out the fridge and very carefully remove from the tin.
- Finally, cut into 16 squares and serve.
That’s your Jammie Dodger Bars prepared, chilled and cut, ready for you to enjoy!
Notes:
- Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days.
- You can use normal jammie dodgers if you don’t like these strawberry ones.
- You can totally adapt this recipe by changing the ingredients to cater to your preferred taste.
