Terrys Chocolate Orange Fudge Recipe!

Hello lovelies,

When it comes to christmas, there’s a lot of things I love about it but if I had to choose one of my favourite parts of it all… it would be watching my loved ones open presents I’ve got them and seeing their joyful smiles – there’s no feeling like it.

With that being said, it’s not always easy to find the right presents especially if someone is difficult to buy for. However, a present which will always be loved and appreciated by all receivers is sweet treats. You physically cannot go wrong with a baked present and you can’t tell me otherwise.

Now, theres plenty of baked goods which will go down treat with people at Christmas but one in particular that reminds me of my nan is fudge.

For years I’ve brought my nan fudge from a lovely little fudge shop in the Lanes, Brighton called Roly’s Fudge Pantry.

It’s been her favourite place for as long as I can remember but in recent years, I decided to take it upon myself to make her some homemade fudge for Christmas which she absolutely adored and that’s what brings me to today’s recipe.

I’m sharing with you the easiest, quickest most delicious Terrys Chocolate Orange Fudge which uses only 4, yes 4 ingredients and is the perfect sweet treat to gift a loved one this Christmas.

So, if you’d like to make this fudge yourself, you know the drill by now. Keep on scrolling below and you’ll find todays recipe.

Category: Sweet Treat / Christmas

Servings: 16+ Squares

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Setting Time: 2-3 Hours

Overall Time: 3+ Hours

Ingredients You Need:

  • 450g Of Milk Chocolate
  • 397g (1x Tin) Of Condensed Milk
  • 1tsp Of Orange Extract
  • 1x Bag Of Terrys Chocolate Orange Minis

How To Make The Fudge:

  • Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients and line a 8” square, loose-bottomed baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Secondly, in a large saucepan over a low heat, melt together the 450g of milk chocolate, 1 tin of condensed milk and 1tsp of orange extract until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking tin and using a rubber spatula, press it down into place.
  • In 4 rows of 4, place terrys chocolate orange mini segments.
  • Place the fudge into the fridge for 2-3 hours till firm.
  • Finally, once the fudge has set, remove from the baking tin, cut into 16+ squares (depending on size you cut the fudge will depend on how many fudge pieces you’ll get out of this batch) and serve.

That’s your Terrys Chocolate Orange Fudge prepared, set and cut into squares, ready for you to enjoy!

Notes:

  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  • This fudge can be cut into smaller squares if these are too big for your liking, this is why I’ve mentioned it makes 16+ squares of fudge.
  • If you like your chocolate orange to be extra orangey, you can add another 1/2tsp of orange extract.

Receiving a sweet treat, that someone’s put their heart and soul into is so meaningful and heartfelt. I truly urge anyone who feels up to the task to create these little bites of pure joy to gift someone this Christmas.

I’ve created a couple of different fudge recipes over the years, therefore, if chocolate orange doesn’t take your fancy, you may find one to your preferred taste here: https://ellegracedeveson.com/?s=Fudge+
