Ingredients You Need To Decorate The Chocolate Orange Brownie Cookies:

How To Make The Terrys Chocolate Orange Brownie Cookies:
- Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients, line two baking trays with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 200C / 180C Fan / Gas Mark 5.
- Secondly, in a microwaveable bowl, add the 115g of unsalted butter, place into the microwave and in 20 second blasts, blast the butter until it’s fully melted.
- Next, add the melted butter, 200g of granulated sugar and 50g of cocoa powder into a large mixing bowl and using an electric whisk, beat the melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder together for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the 2 eggs and 1/2tsp of orange extract and beat again until combined.
- Now, fold in the 200g of milk chocolate chips and 100g of chopped terrys chocolate orange bar until combined.
- Add the 175g of plain flour and 1/2tsp of baking powder and mix together until a cookie dough has formed.
- Using a 5cm ice cream / cookie scoop, portion the batter into 12-14 balls. Place 6 balls on each baking tray, making sure there’s room between each to allow the brownie cookies to spread.
- Place the cookies into the oven and bake for around 10-12 minutes, until baked right through.
- Finally, once baked, allow to cool on the baking trays for 10 minutes, then transfer onto a wire rack to cool completely.
How To Decorate The Chocolate Orange Brownie Cookies:
- Once the brownie cookies have cooled, it’s time to decorate.
- From the Terrys chocolate orange mini’s sharing bag, set 12-14 mini segments aside.
- Now, in a microwavable bowl, add the remaining terrys chocolate orange minis and place into the microwave. In 10 second blasts, blast the chocolate until it’s fully melted.
- Using a teaspoon, spoon a dollop of the melted chocolate onto the centre of each cookie.
- Finally, top the dollop of melted chocolate with one terrys chocolate orange mini segment.
That’s your Chocolate Orange Brownie Cookies prepared, baked and decorated, ready for you to enjoy this Christmas!
Notes:
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container, at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- If terry’s chocolate orange isn’t your vibe, you can use whatever chocolate you’d prefer as any flavoured chocolate will taste delicious in these brownie cookies.
- If you don’t want the cookies to taste too ‘strongly’ of orange, I would recommend swapping out the orange extract for vanilla extract to give a more subtle flavour.
- If you don’t have granulated sugar, you can use light or dark brown sugar instead.

Simple, yet utterly delicious.
I don’t think anything else needs to be said other than: these are an absolute must try this festive season!
