No-Bake Kinder Bueno Bars Recipe!

Hello lovelies,

If there’s one chocolate that’s become a viral sensation both off and online, it’s kinder bueno.

People have gone absolutely wild for them in recent years and any bake kinder bueno is put into, wether it’s cookies, brownies, cakes, blondies etc, you can always guarantee it to be a sell out.

I won’t lie to you, I am guilty of being one of those people. I absolutely blooming love anything kinder bueno, I can 100% understand the hype around it and you best believe I make up half the sales of anything bueno. I’m not even sorry…

Therefore, when I saw the incredibly talented, very well known and loved baker Eloise Head, also known online as Fit Waffle, had shared these quick & easy, no bake, 5 ingredient only (boy, that’s a mouthful) kinder bueno bars, you can bet your life I was jumping straight on that and making a batch myself. How could I not? it’s kinder bueno for damn sake haha.

I mean, if the ‘quick & easy, no bake, 5 ingredients only’ sentence doesn’t sell these to you, I don’t know what will. Oh, maybe the fact that they are unbelievably tasty and are guaranteed to satisfy your bueno cravings.

In my humble opinion, these are an absolute must try! Need I say more…

Ingredients You Need For The Kinder Bueno Slices:

  • 350g Of Digestive Biscuits
  • 100g Of Salted Butter, Melted
  • 300g Of Condensed Milk
  • 6 Kinder Bueno Sticks

Ingredients You Need For Topping:

  • 250g Of White Chocolate
  • 15g Of Salted Butter
  • 4 Kinder Bueno Sticks

How To Make The Kinder Bueno Slices:

  • Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients and line a 9” loose-bottomed square baking tin with parchment paper.
  • Secondly, in a food processor (or a ziplock bag with a rolling pin), crush up the 350g of digestive biscuits into crumbs.
  • Transfer the digestive biscuit crumbs into a mixing bowl. Add 100g of melted salted butter and 300g of condensed milk and mix until combined.
  • Chop up 6 kinder bueno sticks and then fold into the biscuit mixture.
  • Now, press the biscuit mixture into the prepared baking tin and set to one side.
  • In a small microwavable bowl, add the 250g of white chocolate and 15g of salted butter. Place into the microwave and in 20 second blasts, blast until completely melted together (stir to combined the chocolate and butter).
  • Pour the chocolate butter mixture on top of the biscuit mixture base, using a spoon to spread it out evenly. Give the tin a gentle shake to disburse any air bubbles.
  • Place into the fridge and allow to chill for at least 4 hours, until the chocolate is solid.
  • Once chilled, take out the fridge and very carefully remove from the tin. Cut into 9-12 squares.
  • Finally, chop up 4 more kinder bueno sticks and top each square with a kinder bueno square.

That’s your No-Bake Kinder Bueno Bar prepared and chilled, ready for you to enjoy!


Notes:

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days or in an airtight container outside of the fridge for 2-3 days.

You can’t tell me that these don’t make your mouth water. I mean, the simplicity is a selling point for me but the taste, all I can say is… out of this world.
