Blue Cheese Quiche Recipe!

Hello lovelies,

It’s been a hot minute since I uploaded a savoury bake! If I remember rightly, it was way back in November last year that I last uploaded one, therefore, it was about time I pulled my finger out and got them working on some savoury goodness.

The summers fast approaching and the weather is finally starting to brighten up which means one thing and one thing only… it’s bbq season.

And what comes with bbq season aside from burgers and sausages?… quiches!

I don’t know about you but in my family, bbq season means that quiches begin to grace our table again and quite frankly, I couldn’t be happier about it.

My mum is the bee’s knees when it comes to baking a quiche. My whole family can’t get enough of them. One quiche she’s been trialling recently is actually the recipe I’m sharing with you today. This is her ‘blue cheese quiche’ and let me tell you now, you won’t taste better than this! She’s blooming aced this recipe.

So, I done the only thing that was right in this situation and stole this recipe from her. Don’t worry mum, I won’t take credit for this one. This is your masterpiece but I loved it far too much not to share.

Blue cheese lovers near and far, quiche lovers from all over the world assemble – let this be your sign to get baking! This is nothing short of utter perfection.
