13 Days Of Halloween, Pumpkin Carving!

Hello my loves,

The one thing I absolutely love about Halloween is pumpkin carving. It’s a time when you can get some real family time with everyone mucking in and helping to create the best pumpkins on the street.

Now I’ll be honest, although my pumpkins were brilliant to my mum and dad, I knew deep down they weren’t great. Social media is absolutely covered in amazing pumpkins this time of year and I’ve always wanted mine to be as good so this year I set myself the goal of making my pumpkins that little bit better.

I wish more than anything that I could do pumpkins purely out my imagination but honestly, they’ll end up looking ridiculously bad so I decided to go online and browse to see what stencil books were out there.

That’s when I come across a book called “Pumpkin Carving Kit” which contains 12 amazing stencils which range from relatively easy to seriously hard. The amazing thing about this book was the fact that it came with its own pumpkin carving tools which is 10x safer then me using a knife and work extremely well. This book is full of tips, tricks and helpful hints to make, making your pumpkins that little bit easier.

I’d highly recommend buying this book as it honestly makes pumpkins look insane and a lot easier than doing it free hand. If you’d like to buy the book I’ve got, then I’ll leave the link here;

I’d also recommend checking out their social media which is;

Each social media outlet contains some amazing photos of the pumpkins which have been carved from this kit! Mine are no way in the same league as some of these pumpkins but I tried and that’s what counts, right? Hahaha.

Anyway, I’ll stop rambling on and show you my pumpkins;

I brought a small and medium one which I done free hand due to the stencils not fitting but the large pumpkin was done with the help of the stencils and I couldn’t be happier with it!

I apologise in advance that the photos aren’t the best, unfortunately my camera wouldn’t pick up on them which I’m gutted about but hopefully you can make out what they are.

I really hope you enjoyed today’s post and like my pumpkin carvings, I spent hours on them haha.

I cannot wait to see everyone’s pumpkin carving photos on social media, I love getting ideas and inspiration for future ones! Your all so talented, I honestly get blown away by some of your creations.

I hope your all as well as possible.

Sending tons of love as always,

Elle xo
