Hello lovelies,
Now I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve always viewed snickers like marmite. You either absolutely love them or despise them, there’s no in between.
For years I’ve been the latter, I’ve despised them but as I’ve grown older and my taste buds have matured, I definitely sway towards loving them now.
Therefore, it only felt right that I do a bake with them.
And what’s more perfect than incorporating them into a blondie? It’s a firm favourite worldwide, so I just knew these would be absolutely blooming delicious… and boy was I right!
A blondie base with snickers pieces mixed throughout, topped with a drizzling of sweet caramel sauce and finished off with a sprinkling of salted peanuts. A peanut lovers dream, right?
If this doesn’t have your mouth drooling, I honestly don’t know what will.
So, if these snickers blondies have caught your eye and you want to make a batch for yourself, you know the drill. Keep on scrolling below and you’ll find today’s recipe.

Category: Sweet Treat
Servings: 9-12 Squares
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Bake Time: 35-40 Minutes
Chill Time: 1 Hour
Overall Time: 1Hr 50Minutes
Ingredients You Need For The Snickers Blondies:
- 170g Of Butter
- 200g Of Light Brown Sugar
- 80g Of Caster Sugar
- 250g Of Plain Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2tsp Of Vanilla Bean Paste / Extract
- 150g Of Milk Chocolate Chips
- 150g Of Carnation Caramel
- 50g Of Salted Peanuts
- 150g Of Snickers, Chopped Into Chunks & Frozen
How To Make The Snickers Blondies:
- Firstly, gather together your equipment and ingredients, line a 8 or 9” square, loose bottomed baking tin with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180C / 160C Fan / Gas Mark 4.
- Secondly, whisk together the 170g of butter, 200g of light brown sugar and 80g of caster sugar until light and fluffy.
- Next, one at a time, whisking well between each addition, whisk in the 2 large eggs and 2tsp of vanilla extract until combined.
- Gently mix in the 250g of plain flour until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Now fold through the 150g of milk chocolate chips and 100g of frozen snicker chunks until evenly distributed.
- Carefully pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking tin and using a spatula, smooth the blondie batter out until evenly spread.
- Drizzle the 150g of carnation caramel across the top of the blondie batter.
- Now, scatter the 50g of salted peanuts and remaining 50g of frozen snicker chunks across the top of the blondie batter and gently press them into the top.
- Place the baking tin into the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the outer edges are baked and it’s ever so slightly wobbly in the centre (exactly how you’d cook a brownie).
- Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin completely.
- Finally, transfer into the fridge for 1 hour to chill before cutting into squares and serving.
That’s your Snickers Blondies prepared, baked and chilled, ready for you to enjoy!
Notes:
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- You can reheat these blondies to serve warm.
- I placed mine in the fridge for 1 hour to chill so that the blondie could go fudgy and it’s easier to get a sharp, precise cut.

If you’re a snickers lover, you will absolutely demolish these! They are unbelievable.
Obviously, like all my bakes, you can make these your own by adding or taking away ingredients, changing the snickers for your favourite chocolate treat. The options with blondies are endless and this blondie recipe is just mouth-wateringly good.
