Quick & Easy Vanilla Cookies | Easter Bakes!

Hello lovelies,

If your a reader of my blog, by now you would have noticed I’ve pretty much made every ‘well known’ type of cookies going. From gingerbreads, to shortbread, to choc chip cookies – I’ve made them all, so finding a cookie I hadn’t made was a task… a real damn task.

So, whilst I was doing my nightly ritual of scrolling through Pinterest (constantly looking for inspiration on this website, I’d highly recommend!) I came across the Easter Bakes page which pretty much inspired me to do each of the 5 bakes I’m doing for Easter. I was determined to find a cookie I hadn’t done and I finally stumbled across a page which introduced me to sugar cookies – something I hadn’t heard of before.

I’m guessing these sugar cookies are a typical everyday biscuit in certain countries, but I hadn’t heard of it in England (I’m properly so wrong and have made myself look a idiot… haha). therefore, I decided to give them ago myself, accept I’m making today’s cookies into mini Easter Eggs! I’m beyond excited for you to scroll down and see the outcome of these bad boys as they were so quick and easy to make.
